Toni has been in the restaurant and catering industry for 15 years, managing a number of successful restaurants on the Costa del Sol. Her wealth of industry experience matched by an impressive network of local contacts meant that entering into the specialised world of event catering was a natural progression.
Having been continually approached to cater for external events over the past few years, Toni wanted the opportunity to concentrate solely on her passion for catering, and Sana Catering Marbella was born.
The company continues to go from strength to strength, with wedding catering being a core focus. While the outstanding quality of the food is most certainly the primary reason people come to Sana Catering Marbella for their wedding catering, it is also for the level of professionalism that is brought to every event, from the smallest informal get-together to the most lavish of occasions.
The Sana Catering Marbella team work to exacting standards which are sadly all too rare on the Coast. Knowing Sana Catering Marbella is taking care of your event means that you can rest assured that every detail will be expertly attended to, creating an event that is memorable for more than just the fantastic food.
You can get involved as much or as little as you would like, designing bespoke menus, or simply choosing from the vast array of menus which Toni and her team carefully design and update each year.
Toni likes to maintain a professional yet flexible approach to the couple’s wedding day: “We understand that everyone has different ideas and budgets for their wedding day, and we work closely with every couple to ensure their dreams are realised within their budget. After all, it is the most special day of a bride and groom’s life, and my team’s job is not just to provide the very best food, but to help make their dream day a reality.
Nikki started her career in catering at the age of 16 when she enrolled at college for a diploma in Hotel Management. When completed, several years later, she held qualifications for all aspects of the hotel, catering and service industry. She quickly went to work for a large hotel group in the UK and mastered every department, holding high positions in each area.
Preferring to be on “the front line” she spent the next few years as a food and beverage manager, moving through the various hotels the group had to offer, overseeing kitchens, bars, conferences, weddings and events.
She moved to the Costa del Sol in 2001 and along with her husband created and sustained an excellent small business in the service sector.
Missing the intensity of previous appointments, Nikki chose to join the team at Sana Catering Marbella, and soon became Toni´s right hand woman!
In her words “the team are professional, efficient and fun to work with, the dream job”.
