Our Hog Roast is unique to the coast in that we are the only catering company who cook the Meat over Charcoal..technically more difficult, however unbeatable in extra flavour….adding splinters of Olive wood and Rosemary to the fire gives added depth to a delicious smoke infused roast…..this method alongside our Rosemary and Sage Marinade produces an incredibly juicy and tender meat.
We take real pride in our hog roasts and tend the fire from beginning to end before carving “a la minute” and serving with freshly made Apple Sauce and our ever popular Apricot, Sage and Onion Stuffing……..“this is how hog roasts should be.”
